Maybe Tabletop Commander could be interesting for convert/creat Army Data in some format

I'd have to take a look at their file format, but it'd certainly be a possibility. Given that they're not even at 1.0 yet (just like us) then I'm guessing they've not got many data files yet. Given that then it'll be a lower priority than core functionality and Army Builder support. Anyone else is welcome to take it on, though.
