New "Create Army" dialog

Following thoughts I'd been having anyway and comments from Frostlee and Snowblizz, I've re-worked the "Create Army" dialog. Gone is the idea of picking a game system as a separate activity, and in is the combined "game system and race selection in one go" dialog.



Hopefully a new beta version will be out later this afternoon or evening

i definitely think that this is the best idea since now.

just another little suggestion:

I'll put the current and max points in the status bar at some point, but I'm not so sure about race and system. At the end of the day it's not important information that'll change regularly (like points values), so it doesn't seem like the right kind of information to put in a status bar panel.

One of those panels is actually for warning/error messages, but I think I disabled it at some point.
