Use cases for WarFoundry

I've started a Use Cases page for WarFoundry. It's still a work in progress (lots of dead links for pages that will be there) but hopefully it'll properly record the things that we want it to be able to do in a high level way using little scenarios of what users want to be able to do.

Although developers can be users, it's useful to have "end user" input as well since developers can sometimes have their judgement clouded and their eyes blinkered by the actual development
