I was just doing some digging around in the openSuse package manager* and noticed "qtsharp". I thought it had been dead a while, but apparently not
If anyone wants to develop a Qt interface (which would give us the possibility of a native Windows, OS X, Linux Gnome and Linux KDE look for the app) then look in to Qyoto. Apparently it is now a semi-core KDE binding component and even has its own KDE wiki page.
* for Windows users who don't know what a package manager is, think of one application that provides you with easy access to thousands of programs and utilities. Not only that, but if you need something specific (like Java or .Net) it'll install that for you as well
