I have no idea what im doing

I was googling for a way to edit the way my characters look like and i got this web site but i dont understand any of it.

Please help.../.

Have you tried the Tutorials section of Skins@HiveWorldTerra? There's a few skinning tutorials in there, including Sandwichwarrior's "Skinning 4 Dummies" that he wrote after he first started to learn to skin.

Once you've tried the tutorials, if you have any specific questions then just shout.
