i need help with the uber paint mod. i downloaded it, now what? please help!

Once you've downloaded it, extract it and read the readme file.
In brief, you need to extract it to your Dawn of War folder and then either run it via the BAT file (if I included one) or enable it through the game manager. The readme should have a few more details.
