Game prob or skin prob????

I was testing out my BT skins tonight, while watching the replay movie looking for some cool screenies i saw something very odd.



The assault marine when chasing down a fleeing opponent seems to be holding a combat knife in his right hand while at the same time holding his bolt pistol.

I was using the AI skirmish mod at the time, is this a common problem with the game in general. Or is it the mod or have i caused this somehow with my skin. If it's me then HOW did it happen and how do i get rid of it.

It wouldn't suprise me if it was a game problem. Someone commented about a Jump pack bug in the Halved Marines Mod where they lost their right shoulder pad and weapons as they jump. If you watch normal marines, it turns out that its actually a problem with normal marines as well.

Hopefully someone will be able to give you a "no, I've actually seen it happening normally" answer

Hmm just had a reply on the Relic forums, seems someone else has the same prob.

Phew.......so it's not the skin then.

Nope, not that I know of. It's a bug with Relic's models, so unless they fix it in a patch then any changes will probably cause problems in online play. Just don't look at Assault marines too carefully when they jump
