How do I request new textures?

Hello.
I am new here. I was wondering where I could place a request for a specific skin?

I was wondering if anyone could make a skin for Space Marine Terminators where the Crux Terminatus on the left shoulder is fixed in a stone colour rather than trim colour.

Half way down the first page (at the moment) there's a Suggestions for skins thread.

As for the skin itself, there's already Xen's Terminators and Hangar-8's Golden Eagle Space Marines that do something similar. Xen's use a blueish stone look and add also alter the other shoulder pad and a few other bits, while Hangar-8's use a gold and bone look on the Crux (along with adding additional detail to the texture).
