Anyone know of a good place to buy Coat'D Arms paints (uk)?

Hi everyone,

I've been searching online (well, google) to no avail to find a place to buy Coat'D Arms paints. I've found a few threads mentioning them, but most of the links are either dead or low in stock.

The only place I've been able to find is their official site, which is unlikely to be the best deal available.

Does anyone know of a good supplier?
(that last line sounded like I was asking for drugs)

The only suppliers I knew of have been mentioned on the site - a place or two in Altrincham, Manchester. One of those was selling his stock at 50p per pot when I went there as he was finishing up with them and moving to another supplier.

My only suggestion would be to either find a list of hobby shops in your area and call them to see which brands they stock, or to contact the Coat d'Arms people directly and ask if they have a list of distributors in your area.

Even if you can only get them direct, they're almost certainly still better value than GW paints!

Someone within the company should know who they supply. Whether that person is willing and/or able to do so is another matter.

If they give you a list then please forward to me (or post it here) and I'll add it to the site as a useful resource for people who want to get the paints

Well, I e-mailed them and sadly they haven't got back to me. I'll pass on any information I receive from them.

In the mean time (hoping they'll get back to me in the future), I've ordered some used GW paints off ebay.

Not necessarily surprising, I guess. A lot of companies like that are probably only interested in emails from known clients and companies, or have excessively restrictive spam filters that might silently dispose of all ISP-based emails or something :\
