I can't watch the vid at the moment because I'm on my laptop (well, I probably could find a way in Linux, but it was embedded into the page and if it is something normal like AVI or MPEG then I can't be bothered downloading it) but a quick read up on it sounds rather impressive. It's God Sim on a whole new level! Start with a single celled organism, end up zooming out to different galaxies - from a programming point of view, that's one hell of a range of scope to the game!
