I'm A Newbie.i Need Help!

Well I don't know much about the Internet since I'm a new user.
Anyway I wish I could use an image as avatar but not the ones you have as pre-installed.However you ask for an URL.The image which I want to use
is stored in my hard drive.What I have to do to have this picture as my avatar? :blink: HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!I can't stand that chaos symbol used by warmaster Horus ...

You need to host the image on the internet somewhere, try websites like http://www.photobucket.com you create an account then you can upload pictures to the webspace, then use the URL from there.

The image has now gone, but I still need to find some good avatars that we can use. We're not technically allowed GW avatars unless we create our own (might have to talk to Hangar-8 on the Relic/Dawn of War forums about his banners ) so it might end up being mainly abstract ones.
