Anyway, Bush has come up with a great quote now about the Saudi suicide bombings. Apparently they will find the people who did it and bring them to American justice. Me thinks it could be slightly difficult, what with big explosions and suicide and all

EDIT: Dead people have actually been tried and scentanced to death before, suicide also used to be a capital crime

Yeah, I know about the old "capital crime" thing. I think part of it might be in case people attempt and fail - at which point it seems daft cos then they're getting what they wanted anyway!
But that "little bits of rope" thing sounds like something Baldric would say
