Same as most forums - upload it to somewhere (ImageShack, Flickr, PhotoBucket, etc) then use the [img] tag to show the image in-line, or a [url] tag to the image/page if it is a big photo.

Moving to Newbie Cadet, because it isn't GW artwork specific.
