The GW offshoot company "Specials Games" (or Fantatic at one point) is slowly dissolving and being merged back into the main GW company. And the rule books will now be available free online to download as "Living Rulebooks".

This means that you can go to (for example) http://www.specialist-games.com/inquisitor/tlr.asp and download the Living Rulebook which contains all of the rules and latest errata in one PDF file!

They'll still be charging for models, but its a good start :) Now, if only I had more time and some people to play against! :)

So you don't play 40K or Warhammer, your army is still at home laid out on the painting table, and you're grabbing every "living rulebook" you can? :D

Might have to have a look at some of them at some point. When I looked, one of them wasn't online yet (might have been Mordheim) - apparently it was awaiting final editing.

No, unfortunately not. The only ones that are available are the ones that Fanatic/Specialist Games were still supporting anyway. Which is a shame really, because I quite liked Gorkamorka for the little I played it.
