Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising is out!

It launched tonight for North America / Korea / Australia / New Zealand!

New units and maps are free via patch and you can still play with players who have Chaos Rising if you only have the original, but you will be unable to play as the Chaos faction. New units are as follows:

Space Marines: Librarian
Eldar: Wraithguard Squad
Ork: Wierdboyz
Tyranid: Tyrant Guard, Genestealer Squad

You mean they created a Nid race and didn't include Genestealers from the start? Surely they're one of the main components of most Nid armies! Weirdboyz could be interesting, although GW did have a period where they were a little out of favour.

What i don't get is how you could make a game with Blood Ravens without a librarian since they are supposed to have alot of them.

That's what I said, they mention that in the game even. Gabriel Angelos talks about his librarians and how he sent librarians to the surface, but you never see them.

Ninja trained Librarians. It's the only way to explain it! They've been there the whole time, but hiding in the shadows as an unseen lurker.

But seriously - they got mentioned in the plot but weren't in the game? Someone needs a good slapping for that choice and told to do better next time!
