Battlefleet Gothic with a new firing/shield system, and extra components, including multi-system fights.

I'm working through the rules for it now...I need names for Confederate, Renegade, and 'Third side' ships+heavy weaponary/

What are the third side going to be? the ultra-loyal (Inquisitor style)? aliens? something else that I can't think of at the moment?
And with heavy weapons, I think having stats or details of them could help come up with names :)

Third side is 'Gadzair'-aliens.

Here's an exmple of the crappiest ship.

Shuttle!
Cost=10,000
Speed=20cm
Turn Arc=45 degrees
Shields=18
Armour=8
Primary hardpoints=3/0
Secondary hardpoints=0
Shield regen rate=1

I'm working in a multi-system skirmish mode.

Yup, but it will be easier to play than Gothic. Less rolling.

The complex bits are gonna be how the weapons are set up.

Primary hard points= Primary (15cm) beam weapons, fast firing. Alvailable in three flavours: Cannon, Swivel Cannon and Turret.

Secondarys=Explosive guided/unguided weapons.

Example set-up.

Renegade Command cruiser weapons:
Primaries: 3 Blaze cannon. 4 Blaze turret
Secondarys: 2 Multi-launchers, 3 Space bombs.
