What are the stats of Daemon Hammer and the costs
and can you get them in a space marine army?

Stats and costs would be in the appropriate Codex. I suspect it will be a Daemonhunters-only item.

Correct. Just as I can't give my Ork Warboss one. It's not in my codex, nor can you find it in the SM one. It really is that simple.

If I sound bitter it's because the general feeling among Space Marine players seems to be that any and everything should be available to them. And it tends to annoy me a lot because you already get the lion's share of attention. You should try being Chaos Space Marine player as well, man that sucks.
