Sooo this forum branch is for posting your written stories on...... anything?

There are limits, but in general then yes, you can post stories about most things. Given the general readership then it will normally be a sci-fi/fantasy slant, but we do have a Star Wars fic around somewhere.

Also, if you do write any fanfiction then make sure you add an appropriate disclaimer at the top.

It sounds interesting, although I'd be careful if you are planning to publish it. I don't quite know how it works, but there could be issues with publishing it to a website and then trying to publish it through a publisher.

I know my wife wouldn't let me post one of her stories, but that was partly because it was going to be touched up before being re-entered for the L. Ron Hubbard "Writers of the Future" competition to try to improve on its quarter-final place and their conditions say it can't have been published anywhere before.
