New images on HWT:WA skin

To keep it in-style with the other skins I've now updated the HWT:Winter Assault skin to use the HWT-style icons and buttons with the HWT Hive on them. There's still a few minor tweaks I want to do (mainly styling buttons and headers) but most of the work is there now :)

The HWT Skins and HWT:WA skin are also now using the same topic layout as the HWT Standard skin, so PM/Email/instant messenger/website links are all now small icons under the user's avatar.

If anyone notices any glitches or mistakes, please yell!
