Email and IP Address blacklisting

I know this can block a proportion of potential members, but I have now banned all '@mail.ru' email addresses. This is due to the variety of spammers who are attempting to open accounts using emails on this domain.

If you are a legitimate user who wants to register at these forums and has a mail.ru domain then please register for another free email address somewhere else or contact me.

Ibox.ru domains have now also been banned after Prozac7XXX signed up again and I found out that Mail.ru and Inbox.ru are one and the same.

A block of IP addresses belonging to a company called NetCatHost have now been blocked. NetCatHost are registered in the USA, but their owner is located in Kiev and they are well known as being the culprits for a lot of spam and spyware. The following is the information from a WhoIs search on their IPs:
