Avatars and board images

Along with the new rank images (which will probably remain as the default theme once I install the multi-rank MOD) I've installed some avatars in the galleries, so people can now choose from the rather meagre selection of semi-reasonable avatars that I found. If anyone knows of any other non-copyrighted avatar collections that they want to suggest, just tell me about them :)
