I mean have you heared of Critical Hit they have a shop and forum and it works for them. Fair enough because people dont buy loads of sh*t from thie site they buy a small No. of items to put on sale, but I have ordered from them and excpecting my delievery maybe tommorow hopefully. But yes you could create a Warhammer shop here. I would buy items from here

hmmm, might be a nice idea, but I can't see it happening.
A forum shop with all of the useless junk like "glowing member names" etc is a possibility, but not a real shop - far too much business, purchasing and other stuff required
