Known problem: Broken registration

Apologies to anyone who has tried signing up recently. It appears that the registration system is broken since the upgrade to the latest version of phpBB. I'll try to fix the issue tomorrow evening (GMT) and get registration working again.

The problem has now been fixed (diagnosis: over-zealous replacement when manually updating the template!). Registrations should now be able to continue as normal :)
