Site update and migration

The forums have had a two-fold update.

Firstly, a migration. The forums are one of the first sites to be moved to our new server. The server is a VPS (Virtual Private Server) rather than a shared hosting account, so we now have more power to ourselves and no effects from other accounts on the machine. If you can read this then you're looking at the new server.

Secondly, and upgrade. The forums are now on the latest version of phpBB3. If anyone notices and issues then please give me a shout.

I rearranged things slightly because forums weren't getting used or because forums were used but weren't really in the right category for the type of use they were getting. All of the posts are still intact, though.

Skins@HWT and Hive World Terra have now also moved. If anyone notices any problems (other than a broken "forums" link on HWT - that's known :) ) please give me a shout.
