Warhammer 7th Edition

Postby IBBoard at 23 Apr 2006, 22:28

I was suprised that it's been out so long, but Warhammer 6th Edition is apparently about six years old now! Having just got White Dwarf, they're previewing (or at least announcing) Warhammer 7th Edition.

Just like 40K 4th and Warhammer 5th, 7th Ed is going to be a minor update that keeps all of the current armies books valid (until they too get replaced).

They're also going to have a Greenskin boxed set again - this time Dwarves Vs Goblins :)

The best part, though, is the offer that they're doing for anyone who buys the 6th Ed boxed set between June and its release in September gets to get a free copy of the new rulebook. Only you have to take it back to the same store, you have to buy it between the 1st June and 8th September and you can only get the new rulebook on the 9th and 10th September. Nope, no other days. None. Just the 9th and 10th.
Out now: Dawn of War Texture/Skin Downloads
At v0.1: WarFoundry (open source, cross-platform, multi-system army creation application)
